We are building a community filled with natural and recreational amenities on beautiful Lake Hermosa. We believe that incorporating open spaces where people can gather and play will inevitably become the heart of the community. At build-out, over 15 acres of parks, walking paths, open green space, ballfields, pocket parks, dog parks, resort-style pool, athletic center, community center, boardwalk, pier, pedestrian trail, lakes, and more will be intertwined with more than 1,100 residential units.
